Theatre experience
Sue trained at Theatre Arts of London, City Lit and Morley College Acting Studio. Whilst at Stratford-upon-Avon in the mid 1990s studying for a Postgraduate Diploma in Shakespeare, Sue took part in productions of Hamlet (Bad Quarto) and Troilus and Cressida, as well as The Revenger’s Tragedy and Aristophanes’ Lysistrata, with Wondrous Light Theatre Company. She has also written and performed her own one-woman play, The Lady of Paston, set in the late 15th Century (see flyer).
In late 2010 Sue appeared at the White Bear theatre in Kennington with Morley Acting Company, playing Thibault in Moliere’s The Doctor Despite Himself and more recently portrayed Dolly Messiter in Noel Coward’s Still Life (see production images below). For Still Life, Sue was also Producer and created original artwork for posters.
