Sue has been drawing and painting all her life, mainly specialising in oil portraits. Her subjects are varied and include such well-known faces as Sean Connery (left) and Patrick Stewart. She has also produced sketches and paintings of cats and other animals as well as depictions of historical themes and scenes from Shakespeare. See gallery below.

Theatre art
In 2011 she produced original artwork for a production of Noel Coward’s Still Life at the White Bear theatre, including seasonal railway posters and an oil painting for the main poster (see image left).

Sue has been interested in Shakespeare and his works for many years. She is now producing bookmarks, greetings cards and prints on Shakespearean themes, including original sketches of the Globe theatre.
